We categorically reject all wars on the grounds:	우리는 이와 같은 근거로 모든 전쟁들을 전적으로 거부합니다:
War is the ultimate example of human depravity, and any attempt to justify it through the teachings of Jesus Christ is a perversion a scripture. When one accepts the offer of salvation through the Son of God, (John 3:16), he begins the process of becoming a "new creation." Old habits will pass away and be replaced with a new view on life, both here and the hereafter. Whereas we once used violence as a means to secure what was ours and what we believed we needed for the future, we are now called to be different. The whole idea of the idea of "holiness" is to be different. The word "holy" comes from the word "hagios" which means "to be different....to be set apart for God! Where there was hatred, there is now understanding, where there was strife there is now peace. The teachings of the New Testament show that a Christian is different than unbelievers. We are a "light set upon a hill," and example to worthy to emulate. But, if we continue to hate, strive against enemies, kill, and cause great suffering upon others, then wherein are we different? What is the "new life in Christ" if we retain our old ways? *When the Church uses the ways of the world it gets the results of the world.*	전쟁은 인간의 타락의 궁극적인 본보기이며, 그리고 예수 그리스도의 가르침들을 통하여 이를 정당화하려는 어떤 시도도 성서에 대한 왜곡입니다. 한 사람이 하나님의 아들을 통한 구원의 제안을 받아들일 때 (요한 3:16), 그는 "거듭 태어남"이 되는 과정을 시작합니다. 옛날의 습관들은 사라질 것이며, 지금부터 그리고 장차 삶에 대한 새로운 시각을 가지게 될 것입니다. 과거에 우리가, 우리의 소유물을 그리고 우리가 미래에 필요하다고 믿는 것을 보호하기 위한 수단으로서 폭력을 사용하였지만, 우리는 이제 달라져야 함이 요구됩니다. We reject all institutionalized violence and war because it violates the clear teachings of Jesus Christ. War, at best may only be considered a social responsibility and not a biblical mandate. As a social responsibility, it is so only for a degenerate society, one that a Christian cannot be apart of. The Christian cannot share in any action, corporate or individual, that is a known contradiction to the requirement to discipleship.	우리는 모든 제도화된 폭력과 전쟁을 거부합니다 왜냐하면 이는 예수 그리스도의 명백한 가르침들을 욕되게 하기 때문입니다. 전쟁은, 기껏해야 단지 사회적 책임일 뿐이며 성서적인 명령이 아니기 때문입니다. 사회적 책임으로서, 전쟁은 그리스도인이 일부가 될 수 없는 오직 타락한 사회를 위해서나 합당한 것입니다. 그리스도인은 제자의 신분에 분명히 대치되는 단체적 또는 개인적인 어떤 행위에도 참여할 수 없습니다.
In Matthew Chapters 5-7 we find the Sermon on the Mount. This is where Jesus establishes the groundwork of discipleship behavior. The sayings have been called "the hard sayings of Christ." They are called the hard sayings because it runs contrary to our lusts and the way of life that we do not wish to abandon. We enjoy hating our neighbor, fighting and waging war. We believe (supported by Aquinas and Catholic doctrine) that war is a right of the "natural law" and therefore acceptable to God. Yet, Jesus said if you love your neighbor and hate your enemy then you are no different than anyone else (Matthew 5:43-48). We want to be disciples of Christ and yet not be different from others. This is not possible.	마태복음 5-7 장에는 산상설교가 있습니다. 이곳에 예수는 제자됨의 자세의 토대를 세우십니다. 이 말씀들은 "그리스도의 어려운 말씀들"로 불리고 있습니다. 이 말씀들은 우리가 포기하고 싶지 않은 우리의 탐욕들과 삶의 방식들에 대치되어 흘러나오기 때문에 어려운 말씀들이라고 불리웁니다. 우리는 우리의 이웃을 증오하고, 싸우며 전쟁을 일으키기를 즐거워합니다. 우리는 (아퀴나스와 카톨릭이 지지하는) 전쟁은 "자연법" 상의 권리이며 하나님이 승인한다고 믿습니다. 하지만, 예수는 네 이웃을 사랑하고 네 원수를 미워한다면 너희는 남과 전혀 다름이 없다(마태복음 5:43-48)고 말하였습니다. 우리는 그리스도의 제자들이 되기를 원합니다, 그리고 아직도 다른 사람들과 다르지 않습니다. 이런 일은 가능하지 않습니다.
As a Christian can you not understand this? As a human can you not understand? What glory is there when our sons and daughters lie smoldering in the ruins of our homes?	한 그리스도인으로서 당신은 이 일을 깨닫지 못하십니까? 한 인간으로서 당신은 깨닫지 못하십니까? 우리의 아들과 딸들이 우리 가정의 폐허에서 질식된다면, 어떤 영광이 있습니까?
